To be honest with everyone, Shanxi will provide over a quarter of China's raw coal production in 2024, but the gas problem was once a thorn in the side of the coal industry. Until 2006, Shanxi Jinju Coal to Electricity Co., Ltd. stepped forward to build the world's largest single plant installed capacity gas power plant at that time - the Qinshui Sihe 120 MW gas power plant. 19 years ago, when the construction team first rooted themselves in the Qinshui Temple River, it was still a barren mountain range where people could only rent idle houses in nearby rural areas. The living conditions were unimaginable, but no one backed down. This power plant has a total of four unit buildings, each equipped with 15 environmental energy generator units, all of which are hard core equipment. Speaking of the environmental energy model of Qinshui Sihe Power Plant, it does not burn coal or oil like ordinary generator sets. It specializes in "eating" coal mine waste gas and converting methane in the gas into electricity, which is equivalent to "turning waste into treasure". 2007年下半年,項目進入緊張的機組調試階段,金駒一線技術團隊、華北立新航機械服務團隊和環(huán)能比勒專家組,日夜不停連軸轉,攻克了一個又一個技術難題,終于在2008年3月28號,第一臺環(huán)能瓦斯發(fā)電機組成功并網(wǎng)發(fā)電。同年10月,沁水寺河瓦斯發(fā)電廠正式投入商業(yè)運行,每年發(fā)電量能達到8.4億千瓦時以上,相當于節(jié)約標準煤約360萬噸,成效肉眼可見。
In the second half of 2007, the project entered a tense stage of unit commissioning. The front-line technical team of Jinju, the mechanical service team of North China Lixin Aviation, and the expert group of Huanneng Beile worked day and night to overcome one technical problem after another. Finally, on March 28, 2008, the first Huanneng gas generator set was successfully connected to the grid for power generation. In October of the same year, the Qinshui Sihe Gas Power Plant was officially put into commercial operation, with an annual power generation capacity of over 840 million kilowatt hours, equivalent to saving about 3.6 million tons of standard coal, and the results are visible to the naked eye.
