　　燃氣發(fā)電機組是發(fā)電機組的一種類型，是以燃氣為燃料的。機組具有運行成本低、燃氣發(fā)電機組的啟動性能好，啟動成功率高、噪聲低振動小、采用的可燃性氣體是清潔、廉價的能源。

　　1、嚴格按照規(guī)定要求進行機組日常保養(yǎng),確保機組可靠運行

　　良好的維護保養(yǎng)能保證機組可靠運行。正常使用情況下,保養(yǎng)工作應按規(guī)定的日保養(yǎng)、周保養(yǎng)、月保養(yǎng)要求進行。通過這些規(guī)定的保養(yǎng),能及時發(fā)現(xiàn)機組是否存在聲音異常、動作異常、外觀異常、溫度異常、壓力異常和氣味異常等故障現(xiàn)象,從而及時對機組進行檢查和調整,進而有針對性的加以解決,確保機組運行在最佳狀態(tài)。在這些保養(yǎng)要求中,要特別注意以下三個方面的檢查和保養(yǎng):

　　Good maintenance can ensure the reliable operation of the unit. Under normal use, maintenance work should be carried out according to the prescribed daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance requirements. Through these prescribed maintenance procedures, it is possible to promptly detect any abnormal sounds, movements, appearances, temperatures, pressures, odors, or other malfunctions in the unit. Among these maintenance requirements, special attention should be paid to the following three aspects of inspection and maintenance:

　　(1) 潤滑系統(tǒng)的檢查和保養(yǎng)。該種類型機組由于存在運轉部件多,運轉部件工作條件惡劣,大多處在高溫、高沖擊載荷狀態(tài)下,需要潤滑的部位較多,對潤滑系統(tǒng)的可靠性要求較為苛刻,因此要注意檢查潤滑油系統(tǒng)的油質情況、油位情況、油溫和油壓情況,注意離心濾清器和機油濾清器的清洗,避免出現(xiàn)因潤滑不良造成的機組零部件磨損加劇,縮短機組零部件的使用壽命,加大維護工作量；

　　(1) Inspection and maintenance of lubrication system. This type of unit has multiple operating components and harsh working conditions, mostly under high temperature and high impact loads. There are many parts that need lubrication, and the reliability requirements for the lubrication system are relatively strict. Therefore, attention should be paid to checking the oil quality, oil level, oil temperature, and oil pressure of the lubrication system, cleaning the centrifugal filter and oil filter, avoiding the aggravation of wear and tear of unit components caused by poor lubrication, shortening the service life of unit components, and increasing maintenance workload;

　　(2) 空氣過濾器的檢查和保養(yǎng)?？諝膺^濾器如果運轉良好的話,將有效地避免因進氣阻力大引起的增壓壓力下降過大,進而造成渦輪增壓器出現(xiàn)漏油現(xiàn)象；還可避免因流量減少引起的渦輪增壓器壓氣機喘振現(xiàn)象。因此要定期清理空氣過濾器,必要時更換新濾芯。

　　(2) Inspection and maintenance of air filters. If the air filter operates well, it will effectively prevent excessive pressure drop caused by high intake resistance, which can lead to oil leakage in the turbocharger; It can also avoid the phenomenon of turbocharger compressor surge caused by reduced flow. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly clean the air filter and replace the filter element if necessary.

　　(3) 相關間隙和角度的檢查和調整。主要是火花塞間隙、氣門間隙和配氣定時等的檢查和調整。

　　氣體發(fā)動機是采用機械內混方式,定時地打開燃氣閥將可燃氣體噴入氣缸,使燃氣與空氣在缸內混合,進行燃燒。這樣通過增壓器、進氣管的氣體始終是不可燃的純空氣,避免了回火問題。但是,由于爆燃現(xiàn)象時有發(fā)生,機組的活塞、氣缸、進排氣門、進排氣門座等故障頻繁,使用壽命降低,維護量相當大。在把活塞安裝到氣缸之前就把錐套套在活塞環(huán)處,使全部活塞環(huán)都處于正常使用時的壓縮狀態(tài),安裝時僅僅需要先把活塞裙部放在氣缸內,然后稍作調整,使氣缸與錐套同心,再輕輕用手緩緩地將活塞推入到氣缸內。這樣不但降低了勞動強度,而且提高了安裝效率。

　　A gas engine adopts a mechanical internal mixing method, which opens the gas valve at regular intervals to inject combustible gas into the cylinder, allowing the gas to mix with air in the cylinder for combustion. In this way, the gas passing through the turbocharger and intake pipe is always non combustible pure air, avoiding the problem of backfire. However, due to the frequent occurrence of detonation phenomena, the pistons, cylinders, intake and exhaust valves, and intake and exhaust valve seats of the unit frequently malfunction, reducing their service life and requiring significant maintenance. Before installing the piston into the cylinder, place the cone sleeve around the piston ring to ensure that all piston rings are in a compressed state during normal use. During installation, simply place the piston skirt inside the cylinder, then adjust it slightly to make the cylinder concentric with the cone sleeve, and gently push the piston into the cylinder by hand. This not only reduces labor intensity, but also improves installation efficiency.
