發(fā)電機組的保養(yǎng)方法分四個級別：

　　A 級詳細保養(yǎng)方法

　　一、每日保養(yǎng)：

　　1、 Daily maintenance:

　　1、檢查柴油發(fā)電機組工作日報。

　　1. Check the daily work report of the diesel generator set.

　　2、檢查柴油發(fā)電機組：機油平面

　　2. Check diesel generator set: oil level

　　3、日檢柴油發(fā)電機組有無損壞、摻漏，皮帶是否松弛或磨損。

　　3. Daily inspection of diesel generator sets for damage, leaks, and loose or worn belts.

　　二、每周保養(yǎng)：

　　2、 Weekly maintenance:

　　1、重復每日的柴油發(fā)電機組檢查。

　　1. Repeat daily inspections of diesel generator sets.

　　2、檢查空氣濾清器，清潔或更換空氣濾清器芯子。

　　2. Check the air filter, clean or replace the air filter element.

　　3、放出燃油箱及燃油濾清器中的水或沉積物。

　　3. Release water or sediment from the fuel tank and fuel filter.

　　4、檢查水過濾器。

　　4. Check the water filter.

　　5、檢查起動蓄電池。

　　5. Check the starting battery.

　　6、起動柴油發(fā)電機組并檢查有無影響。

　　B 級詳細保養(yǎng)方法

　　B-level detailed maintenance method

　　1、重復柴油發(fā)電機組每日和柴油發(fā)電機組每周的檢查。

　　1. Repeat daily and weekly inspections of diesel generator sets.

　　2、更換柴油發(fā)電機組機油。（機油更換周期為250小時或一個月）

　　2. Replace the engine oil of the diesel generator set. (The oil change cycle is 250 hours or one month)

　　3、更換機油濾清器。（機油濾芯更換周期為250小時或一個月）

　　3. Replace the oil filter. (The oil filter replacement cycle is 250 hours or one month)

　　4、更換燃油濾清器濾芯。（更換周期為250小時或一個月）

　　4. Replace the fuel filter element. (The replacement cycle is 250 hours or one month)

　　5、更換液或檢查液

　　5. Replace or inspect the fluid

　　6、清潔或更換空氣濾清器。（空氣濾清器更換周期為500-600小時）

　　C 級詳細保養(yǎng)方法

　　Detailed maintenance method for C-level

　　1、更換柴油濾清器、機油濾清器、水過濾器，更換水箱中的水及機油。

　　1. Replace the diesel filter, oil filter, water filter, and replace the water and oil in the water tank.

　　2、調(diào)整風扇皮帶漲緊度。

　　2. Adjust the tension of the fan belt.

　　3、檢查增壓器。

　　3. Check the turbocharger.

　　4、拆、檢及清洗PT泵、執(zhí)行器。

　　4. Disassemble, inspect, and clean PT pumps and actuators.

　　5、拆開搖臂室蓋，檢查丁字壓板，氣門導管及進、排氣門。

　　5. Remove the rocker arm chamber cover, inspect the T-shaped pressure plate, valve guide, and intake and exhaust valves.

　　6、調(diào)整油嘴升程；調(diào)整氣門間隙。

　　6. Adjust the lift of the oil nozzle; Adjust the valve clearance.

　　7、檢查充電發(fā)電機。

　　7. Check the charging generator.

　　8、檢查水箱散熱器及清洗水箱外部散熱器。

　　8. Check the radiator of the water tank and clean the external radiator of the water tank.

　　9、水箱內(nèi)加水箱寶，清洗水箱內(nèi)部。

　　9. Add water tank treasure to the water tank and clean the inside of the water tank.

　　10)檢查柴油機傳感器及連接導線。

　　10) Check the diesel engine sensors and connecting wires.

　　11)檢查柴油機儀表箱。

　　11) Check the instrument box of the diesel engine.

　　D 級詳細保養(yǎng)方法

　　D-level detailed maintenance method

　　1、更換機油、柴油、旁通、水濾清器，更換機油及發(fā)動機循環(huán)水。

　　1. Replace engine oil, diesel, bypass, water filter, replace engine oil and engine circulating water.

　　2、清潔或更換空氣濾清器。

　　2. Clean or replace the air filter.

　　3、拆開搖臂室蓋，檢查氣門導管，丁字壓板。

　　3. Remove the rocker arm chamber cover, check the valve guide and T-shaped pressure plate.

　　4、檢查調(diào)整氣門間隙。

　　4. Check and adjust the valve clearance.

　　5、更換搖臂室上下墊。

　　5. Replace the upper and lower pads of the rocker arm chamber.

　　6、檢查風扇及支架，并調(diào)整皮帶。

　　6. Check the fan and bracket, and adjust the belt.

　　7、檢查增壓器。

　　7. Check the turbocharger.

　　8、檢查柴油發(fā)電機組電氣線路。

　　8. Check the electrical circuit of the diesel generator set.

　　9、檢查電機勵磁部分線路。

　　9. Check the excitation circuit of the motor.

　　10、檢量儀表箱內(nèi)連接線路。

　　10. Connecting lines inside the measuring instrument box.

　　11、檢查水箱及外部清洗。

　　11. Check the water tank and clean the exterior.

　　12、修理或更換水泵。

　　12. Repair or replace the water pump.

　　13、拆檢壹缸主軸瓦及連桿瓦磨損情況。

　　13. Disassemble and inspect the wear of the main bearing and connecting rod bearing of cylinder one.

　　14、檢查或調(diào)整電子調(diào)速工作狀況。

　　14. Check or adjust the working condition of electronic speed regulation.

　　15、對準柴油發(fā)電機組潤滑點壓注潤滑油脂。

　　15. Aim at the lubrication point of the diesel generator set and inject lubricating grease.

　　16、對準柴油發(fā)電機組勵磁部分進行除塵工作。

　　16. Align the excitation part of the diesel generator set for dust removal work.

　　17、檢查增壓器軸向及徑向間隙，如超差應及時修復。

　　17. Check the axial and radial clearances of the turbocharger, and repair them promptly if they exceed the tolerance.

　　18、清洗并校正噴油嘴、燃油泵

　　18. Clean and calibrate fuel injectors and fuel pumps
