發(fā)電機組機房的設(shè)計初衷，是為了將機組置于機房保護之內(nèi)，防止陽光暴曬和雨水、風(fēng)沙、煙塵等對飛機大戰(zhàn)的侵蝕，設(shè)計機房時，應(yīng)綜合考慮機組使用現(xiàn)場對噪聲的要求、震動對周圍環(huán)境的影響，新風(fēng)進風(fēng)、熱風(fēng)出風(fēng)、排煙面積和工作人員為機組進行檢修所需空間等因素。

The original intention of the design of the generator room is to place the unit within the protection of the room, prevent the erosion of sunlight, rainwater, wind and sand, smoke and dust on the aircraft during the war. When designing the room, comprehensive consideration should be given to the noise requirements of the unit's use site, the impact of vibration on the surrounding environment, the area of fresh air inlet, hot air outlet, smoke exhaust, and the space required for maintenance by staff.

機房設(shè)計的好壞，直接影響到機組是否能夠正常穩(wěn)定的長期運行、是否能滿足周圍環(huán)境的噪聲要求、是否能方便的檢修發(fā)電機組等問題。所以設(shè)計一個合理的機房，對機組而言是很有必要的。

The design of the computer room directly affects whether the unit can operate normally and stably for a long time, whether it can meet the noise requirements of the surrounding environment, and whether it can conveniently repair the generator set. So designing a reasonable computer room is necessary for the unit.

在進行機房規(guī)劃、布置、設(shè)計和安裝之前，應(yīng)先確認所需發(fā)電機組的型號、控制系統(tǒng)和配電裝置的尺寸，然后通過廠家的使用說明書，詳細了解了其安裝工程的要求。如果安裝現(xiàn)場條件無法滿足機組安裝工程的要求或有困難和疑問時，應(yīng)主動向廠家咨詢，解決技術(shù)上的具體問題。

Before planning, arranging, designing, and installing the computer room, it is necessary to confirm the model of the required generator set, the size of the control system and distribution device, and then thoroughly understand the installation requirements through the manufacturer's user manual. If the installation site conditions cannot meet the requirements of the unit installation project or there are difficulties and doubts, the manufacturer should be consulted proactively to solve specific technical problems.

即使是最基本的機房也必須具備以下條件：混凝土地臺、進風(fēng)百葉窗、排風(fēng)百葉窗、排煙口、排煙消聲器、排煙彎頭、防振及膨脹排氣接管、吊碼彈簧等；與機組關(guān)系密切的油箱、水箱、進排風(fēng)機、電池、控制屏、配電屏和空氣開關(guān)屏等輔助設(shè)備也應(yīng)設(shè)在機房內(nèi)或者機房附件。

Even the most basic computer room must have the following conditions: concrete floor, intake louvers, exhaust louvers, smoke exhaust outlets, smoke mufflers, smoke exhaust elbows, anti vibration and expansion exhaust pipes, suspension springs, etc; Auxiliary equipment such as oil tanks, water tanks, intake and exhaust fans, batteries, control screens, distribution screens, and air switch screens that are closely related to the unit should also be located in or near the machine room.
